The Day Spa programme is designed to let people have a taste of what it is like to stay at Highwood for a longer programme. In involves:

To enjoy all the features of this full day programme guests must get to Highwood by 9am and be prepared to stay until after the steam sauna which runs usually from 4-5pm.
