Highwood's health programmes are tailored to your personal health needs. We offer medical consultations with our doctors using medical equipment such as an ECG (electrocardiogram) and a spirometer to better determine the state of your health.
*An ECG test accesses the electrical activity of the heart. A spirometer test is to assess lung capability by our physician.

We use Nordic walking poles to enhance the benefits of walking. Our gym room has a tread mill and exercise bicycle, both with a variety of programming options.
